Hello Kenu,

It looks like it might be hard to walk with. Could you perhaps give us a review and maybe a photo of it while you are wearing it? It is very different from the the AFO that I currently have.

Which AFO are you using?

I am using one that is made of molded hard plastic and has a bottom that goes underneath my foot. It is held on my leg with Velcro and the top and across my ankle.

That is similar to mind but it has some titanium like the ones for the Olympics. I acquired them because my insurance was covering the cost.

I’m in the process of getting my first AFO and I had every intention of getting the Turbomed. I only changed my mind because (from what I understand) it can only be used with footwear. Since I’m home 99.9% of the time and I don’t care for wearing shoes, I opted for the one piece carbon fiber with Velcro straps. I’m kinda anxious to give this a try...
