When my feet hurt, I usually just go on a walk. When I relax they hurt worst. ❤🌷

Yes, frequent burning pain like they are frost bitten and occasional cramps spasms. I use double socks, foot warmers and avoid pointing my toes. I avoid meds because of the side effects and would rather tolerate this MS symptom.

How long have you had this? It sounds familiar.

How are they feeling today luvhair ? I'm hoping better.

Make sure you take notes on what's going on. And call your Dr. And let them know!

I hope it's not serious! 🤗💕

I have what I call “cold socks”, an achy frostbite/burn that makes me hobble sometimes, that Motrin, Tylenol, CBD oil, or rest doesn’t seem to relieve. A hot soak works well and I’ve used a heating pad a few times at night when it was so bad I couldn’t sleep.

luvhair in reply tokdali

Yea imma try heating pad

I have burning feelings on my feet sometimes and socks seem to irritate. I was told by a Neurologist that it's unfortunately a symptom that some MS patients go through. If a walk doesn't help, try to elevate your feet. I sure hope you feel better. ❤🌷

I have ongoing nuerapathy in my feet. I massage and elevate them. I also soak them in cool water. I am going to try consulting with a foot doctor.

I have severe pain in both feet. The only thing that helps is my morphine and elevate. I also take methocarbamol and gabapentin.

I am on Baclofen but doesn't do much for pain.
