The case against cheese/milk.... in your diet

worth watching, then you can make your own opinion.

I am on DMT (Ocrevus) and thankful for the treatment. But in parallel, I'm also looking at diet as a better, logical and cheaper solution. Cheese and all other diaries are out.

anaiashunter, I totally agree, with Dr. Barnard too, chnge. Of diet the past couple of months has truly helped me reverse the disease progression!😻👍😄❤😍 that & many suppliments Vitamins B.A.C.K. & D3 10,000 ius, B12 up to 2500 Mcg all in a day, & Host Defense Lion's Mane Mushroom 2 a Day, & fruits, veggies, all gluten Free diet, yes all dairy is out, i drink goat's milk, all nut milks, & can have goat cheese, better for us. I bee-leaf 🍀🌻🌺🌵🍄🌾🌿🍂🌲🌴🌱🍁It is so much cheaper & healthier in the long run to eat all this organic as we can get & suppliments than being a human pin cushion, & taking Harm-uscuticals for the AMurderAocciation!

👍👍✊👊💪Keeps us stronger too! I love the Dr. Mcdougal M.S. diet too. Much Love💗❤💚💙💛Prayers🙏& Blessings---Jazmine🌹💜Rose

Anaishunter, this video was very interesting. Thanks for sharing because I believe it will make a difference for a lot of people, including myself. Fancy1959!

Add me to the list of those that agree. I’ve been doing more and more research on the gut-brain connection and it all makes sense. Currently I’m on LDN and watching my diet...no dairy, very low sugar, no meat except for the occasional piece of salmon. Like Jazzy I’m on a handful of vitamins/supplements, most importantly 10,000 of D3, Biotin, B12, etc. I’m also looking into a Fulvic Mineral Complex for heavy metal detox. Definitely something I’m bringing up to my doc next week even though we don’t always see eye to eye. I was supposed to be starting Ocrevus but not sure that’s going to work out now (since I’m SPMS and it’s not approved for that) I’m not waiting around any longer and determined to take my health into my own hands.

I have always found it interesting that humans drink milk. All other mammals wean their babies from suckling, then provide them with food and water. When my children were small, I never gave them glasses of milk, based on my pediatrician’s advice. They all turned out wonderfully healthy and strong. Just my two cents. Kelly

I agree with that. We as humans are the only mammal that drink other mammals milk.
