Get the largest Ziploc as an outside cover.Add; 2 tightly folded smaller trash bags, put in...in one regular ziplock put unscented baby wipes with extra Ziploc incase you need to tuck dirty ones away and throw away soon as you can.Keep refilled.Put also a couple pair of undies to get you by until home.....for men and woman(kotex) to help soak up what may excess until home and to keep dry and not chaffed.Papertowel iin another ziplock and a couple pair of those disposable undies if you prefere. Now I am careful with this one....matches.When a match is lite and blown out in a stinky situation the sulfur from the match helps take away smell.I avoid essential oils because they make me and others ill to smell. A small backpack can handle even a towel in such instances....This is part of my WHAT IF KIT....happens to have.Helps to be prepared.

PS, did a food kit for car but.....I eat it each time if Im bored!Best wishes and pls add on.....to the list..

I to have to say I have my own bags I take with my. Like the Boy Scouts would say it’s better to be prepared, or something like that. My son’s where Scouts.

Jackie, what a thorough list and I'm sure that you gave a lot of people in the chat room some good ideas about being prepared for the worst when it comes to bladder issues. Unfortunately I personally moved to full-time depend use a little over a year ago. So I always have an extra depends tucked away in my purse. You can find and carry a very small spray can of Lysol in the Travel section of your favorite store and I use disposable washcloths that many of the big retailers sell. They're very large and they're made to clean up our nether parts. So all in all our ideas are very similar except you have much more detail in yours because I quite often forget the extra change of clothes I might need or the extra bags I might need in order to get soiled items home. The only problem I see with your emergency kit is how are Men supposed to Lug all this good stuff around with them . I guess backpack is in a bad idea and most of them would use that . I forgot you mentioned that. Thank you for sharing! Fancy.

Base on how long I am out and what the body feels like for the day. I usually go off of that to decide if I need to have a diaper on or pads. And of course bring the extras with wipes. It’s so unpredictable day to day.

I wish I had read your very excellent and complete list of 'just in case' necessities a few days earlier! Without adding too many horrid disgusting details, I was at least fortunate to have an extra pad in my purse. But that didn't begin to solve all of the issues I had at that moment. I suspect that the super duper pain killers (Oxy) that I took for the first few days of my previously described dental adventure had my body pointing out to me to NEVER take those pills again!

Because this delightful experience happened in a public bathroom at a local mall, I was determined to clean up thoroughly after the dreadful mess I made. Yes, I ended up using an entire roll of TP, but it was for an extremely good cause. I wouldn't want ANYONE having to face that!

In utter desperation, I once asked my neurologist what could be done to encourage my slacker of a sphincter muscle to hold tight, in cases like this. The good doctor smirked, before he sympathized with my plight, and shook his head.
