Welcome! Are you joining to find support for those for whom you care?

We have a great group here who seem like family to me now. I hope that happens for you, too.

Welcome. We love to have medical people join in. We have a few members with MS that are NPs.

Hi! What made pick MS to specialize in? I couldn’t decide between peri-operative and critical care, but then I retired 😃

I started in this field 19 years ago, when I left a hospital nursing (Acute rehabilitation) job. I love it and it has been exciting to meet so many wonderful people and to be a part of and to see the progress in research and development of all the medications. People diagnosed with MS in the last 20 years are so much more mobile and able then in the 20 years or more before.

MSnurse2121, it's Fancy1959. I am very excited about having a nurse joining our extended family. Normally I tell everyone we promise to give you a safe place to come and ask questions, share concerns, or to speak to others who understand but you and yourself can cover all these areas! I can't wait to get to know you better and pick your brain! The more we can interact with each other or we will get to know each other. And I believe both of us can teach the other some things about MS. Until we speak again I'll be anxiously awaiting your inside an input in the chat room. You will be a valuable resource that we've never had before within the ranks of our members and extended family! Thanks for coming aboard! And it has I share with everyone, please remember together we are stronger! Fancy.
