I just read this can help MS patients. Anyone use it?

I had a friend that used this for her bladder, she always claimed that it helped a lot.

Thanks. Have a great weekend!

back in 2008 i had a bad spasm on the left side of my face effecting my left eye. it looked like i was winking all the time. first attempt to "fix" it was to use botox injections. for me it did not work so had to have brain surgery. i think it depends on what you are using it for. i think if you added a little more details to your post you might get a better response. i wish you the best for your situation and you find the answers you need

I am so sorry to hear that.

So sorry you lost the hearing in one ear from the surgery :(

doubtful the loss of hearing is from the surgery as it was 10 years ago, but one never knows. It is believed to have been from a common ear virus and due to my weakened condition, the virus won out. It is the same ear that I was told I could lose hearing from the surgery.

I’ve recovered kids who got injections for spastic arms or legs, I assume it could work the same way for MS.

I’ve never heard of it. Interesting though. Sounds a lot like several years ago when bee stings were nature’s cure for MS. I never tried it, it sounds too painful, please keep us posted. It sounds interesting.

hi Leslie,

I have had Botox injected into my bladder. While it is not a pleasant experience, it is not painful. It helped a lot with my overactive bladder. The only side effect was a little bit of constipation that can be managed with MiraLAX. I went from having to get up 3-4 times in the night to go to the bathroom to being able to sleep seven or eight hours straight without having to get up at all. I am supposed to be getting Botox injections in my legs Because I can’t really get my knees apart… I am confined to a wheelchair because my MS has progressed. Both my physiatrist (Rehabilitation specialist) and my neurologist think it will be very helpful. My father has had Botox injections in his head for trigeminal neuralgia. It is the only thing that has helped him. The needles do not hurt because they numb The area. I will let you know how the injections on my legs work out. I’m just waiting for clearance from my insurance company… I’m sure you all have been there. With all due respect to the other posts this is nothing like snake venom or bees stings… These are treatments that are backed with studies and data. I encourage anybody who is interested in this to speak with their doctors. Good luck and let us know what you decide.

I'm glad it helped with your overactive bladder. I also take Miralax.

I agree it's very helpful. Enjoy the weekend!
