Fever blisters

I’ve been fighting some cold sores on my lower lip and corner of my mouth. They are so painful and I know they are stress related. I had a crazy 10 day trip from Florida to Pennsylvania and back. A wedding, visiting with Family/friends and lots of stops in between. I’m wiped out to day the least. Any suggestions for making the pain go away let me know.

Yeah, stress does that to me as i have herpes 2. As well. It is a very, very jealous disease, it may have even caused our M.onS.ter lesions as well. Get some herpicin lip balm, that usually helps mine, & coconut oil. Stay well away from pea-nut(butter), legumes (any) & take a whole lot of Vitamin C 1,000 mg w/rose hips, 3 every 4 hrs., vit. E 400 i.u.s & magnesium + Calcium 350 mgs. This should keep them @ bay for u, it's what I take to keep them @ bay. 😍👍😻🙏💓Many Prayers for U & Blessings to U!---Jazmine

Take Lysine supplements. Avoid coconut legumes and peanut butter and any other foods high in arginine. Stress definitely makes it worse. Hope you feel better soon. 🙏

Mwieand I don't know where I learned this for canker sores and fever blisters, but it limits mine to a day or two; even less if I catch them when the tingling begins before they erupt. I keep Vitamin E capsules on hand for this: poke a tiny hole in one end of the capsule, squeeze out a drop of the oil, and apply it directly to the affected area.

I do a similar thing with a cod liver oil capsule. It also helps to heal if I bite my lip.
