My hearing went as I had hoped. The judge approved my application for Social Security Disability insurance! AND I will receive retroactive payments for the period of time that I first applied and was refused. The judge was very supportive and sympathetic. I felt completely vindicated. I am so glad that I did not give up! 🌋🌋🌻🌻

Congratulations. Sounds like my process a few years back. First judge was a pompous ass. Second round the judge was very understanding and actually apologized for not reviewing my case before I drove all the way down to the courthouse. If he had reviewed before he would have notified me that he was approving it. But it was worth the wait when back retroactive check came in.

Yes, this judge was great. She thanked me for my service as a teacher and was very supportive. I was nervous and it was a huge relief when she gave the okay.
