Just got the good news today that my short term disability has been approved! 😂😆 My 30 day waiting period ends at midnight tomorrow night. I will receive my first check on February 5th. 🤑So relieved! It has been a nightmare. My employer gave me the wrong company information for the disability insurance and so I did all the work for that insurance and then was told by them that it was in vain because they weren't doing our disability insurance any more. 😡💩 Luckily the new company was able to get the work done quickly once my doctor came back from vacation and could give them the info.
On another note I also just got word that I have been accepted into 2 programs that will pay for me to learn more genealogy and become a professional with actual credentials! I start in May. 🐹🐭🐨🦁🐛🐜🐩
If your family lived in Washington, Oregon, California, Hawaii, and/or Alaska before 1920 and you would like to have some research done on your family at no charge for my time (you only pay for any documents I have to pay for) let me know. I need more hours in those states. I need to have 80 hrs documented doing research other than my own in each of those states. Thanks!🍧🍨🍰🍿

And awesome on genealogy! Sounds like fun! I have lived in Alaska, Washington and Oregon and visited Hawaii.😄 but no one in the family before 1979 or so. Sorry.😕 Mine is mostly German, English, and a touch of Native American.😊

That is great news on your disability 😁 so happy for you! Just in time! No family that I know of that lived out that way for genealogy but it it does sound very interesting to do and have thought about doing some research into my family history. Just never seem to have the time.
