Has anyone heard anything about Lions Mane Mushrooms?

Interesting read about them and the ability to rebuild myelin sheath in the brain. Not that it’s the miracle cure we all wish for, just wondering if anyone has ever tried them. Going to speak to my neurologist this month about it...if I remember!! LoL!

I never heard anything about Lion's Mane Mushroom until I read the article you posted about. I have to say it's a very interesting article and I can't wait for additional research to be done on the topic. There's so many promising avenues being explored for MS right now it's an exciting time for us who fight this dreaded disease! Fancy.

Thanks for sharing that link. I wonder if more research has been done since the 2010 study cited in that article.
