Poor medication choice!

Avonex didn't work for me. I had multiple relapses of optic neuritis on it and feared losing my sight permanently. I would NOT recommend it and choose another medication, such as tecfidera, immediately.

DMDs work different for everyone. I was on Avonex for two years [and it worked great for me] before I had to switch to another one. Hope you find the best one for you. :) ~terry

I have no experience with any other medications because I've been on Rituxan since day one but I do hope you find a medication that suits your needs. ❤🌷

I have had MS for over 30 years and the majority of the time was on Avonex. Everyone is different - hope you find a DMT that works for you!

Try BETA or Copaxone. I tried Avonex once and it hated me, Beta I lived with for close to a decade.

Hi injada welcome. ☺ Sorry about the Avonex. Is the tecfidera working now? I hope.

How come your Neuro waited so long before they switched you? 🤔 I'm just curious.

I'm glad your here tho!
