I guess it is time to move a row back in the bus. YOU have taken the first steps in YOUR long ms journey.

YOU have got YOUR diagnoses YOU have made a decision about YOUR Disease Modifying Therapy (DMT) YOU have even learnt some of our cool abbreviations. YOU know that there are things that YOU and only YOU can do for YOURSELF. It really is rather simple. Eat RIGHT, Exercise, Stretch, Sleep, get as much POSITIVITY as you can into your life, be gentle to YOURSELF and others, PLAN for YOUR future, because it is not over by a long shot. For YOU, have a long campaign ahead of you it is not just one or two battles. Vietnam was a 10000day war. YOU are in it now, for the long haul.

Keep learning, keep adapting and BEND when the winds blow hardest. This experience is VERY VERY DOABLE so it is YOUR CHOICE and is actually a very easy decision. Might I say a no brainer.

GET up Get going, YOUR future lies in front of YOU, move YOURSELF forward, embrace it and OWN it Make GOOD decisions, ask for help if YOU need it, learn what YOU can, and there is a theme here. Did YOU catch it?

YES my friend it is YOU, it is always YOU. Live well, I would wish YOU luck but YOU do not need it, because YOU are YOU and YOU can, YOU WILL and YOU DO travel along this path. I am sorry to say hello, but I DO say WELCOME.

ROYCE

Keep YOURSELF moving along to the good seats in the back.

The seats in the front are not to bad. U get to see the view out in front. The road ahead can be a beautiful site. 😁
