My moms headstone

They placed my moms headstone today. It has my daddy’s branch of service and his rank. He is a WWII vet

Beautiful. My mother died in Texas and no one told my brother, sister, and me for a week. She was cremated but I don't know what happened to her ashes. There is no marker for her anywhere.

You can make your own marker, plant a rose bush, some bulbs that come up every year. Your mum is where your heart is. We have a tree on the edge of a field, with daffodils, crocuses and tulips planted around it, and every year we put another butterfly in the tree. I don’t know why people do such sad things but turn the situation around and do something for you and your mum. Blessings Jimeka 🦋 🤗
