Tysabri today with the flipping snow 😕

Hi all had the first infusion today and I felt fine just tired tonight but I did have to get up at 6am and woke up to loads of snow which has now gone 😊. Hope u are all ok especially USA folk on the east coast with the horrendous weather .....keep warm and safe folks xxx

Glad things went well with no side effects except 💤. Like you said some of that could be getting up early and stress 🤷🏼‍♂️. As I mentioned before all I had for side effects was fatigue for couple days. After four or five months that also got better where it was just a day 👍. Like I said I did them on Friday so I had till Monday to regroup for work. 😉 Bless you and I hope this works out for you 🙏🐾🐩🐕🐶🤗 Ken

I go in for my next Rituxan Infusion on the 22nd. But we don't have snow to deal with. On the 20th I go in for a couple of MRIs. My neuro says she thinks I'm in stable mode for now. great news 4me. ~terry

janetb1968 did they tell you to drink extra water the day of an infusion? The infusion center I use is always on us to drink more infusion day. We also hear how we need to wash our hands and avoid sick people at all costs. My friends and family think I’m a nutty germaphobe 😆

Pleased that the infusion went well. Rest up Janet, take it easy, and let your body relax and let's pray that this infusion works and slows down the progression. Hope that you can get back to work soon. The weather has gone weird again, snow one day and then highs of possibly 14*C Sunday. Hi jimeka thank u for the reply I've got neurophysio again today at 9am so will rest up when that's over. I'm getting to Dorset (fingers crossed!) Next Sunday 18th of March. I was so tired last night and I'd driven to Preston with the horrendous snow which was stupid. There was piles of it on the M65 and M61.....was a bit scary! I got home about 7pm last night had some soup, a bottle of water and a cup of tea, sorted my two girly cats out and went to bed. Apparently I fell asleep talking to the boyfriend on the phone! Lol 😪😪😪😪 xxxxx hope ur ok hun xxx 😊 Bikinis haha good idea but I'd have to shave my legs! 😁😁😁😁😁

Hi janetb1968 ! When I was on Tysabri, I was always very fatigued right after the infusion and sometimes even the day after. I'm not sure why. So...I always knew I would have to rest up afterwards and not do much. My Ocrevus infusions caused similar fatigue. I think it might be partially because I can't relax with that darn thing stuck in my arm!

I think u are right hun I'm so flipping tired and it was only Thursday and I slept like a log Thursday night 🤔🤔🤔🤔
