Pain in the musal above my knees

You like I was saying about the weather getting warmer well the pain in the musal above my knees are hurting so bad I have my heating pad on them but it gets so bad I can hardly walk. Does anyone else have this problem and if you do how do you deal with it.

I wish this weather would stay one temperature would stay one degree.

Have you tried to massage the knee? In the MS gym on Facebook he says massage will relax the muscles. You have to join the group in order to see the exercises.

I do message my knees it only helps for a short time. That must just tightens up so much and nothing seems to help.

Are you using muscle relaxers? I assume you are. A call to your doctor may be order. I hope you get some relief quickly.

Capsaicin cream works for me. Wash your hands really well after.

I really hate taking more medicine, pills that is if you know what I mean.

Are you taking any medications for the spasicity. Bacleofin really helps. Also there are leg stretches you can do to help. I even go to physical therapy when the pain got really bad
