I have a question for any one when it’s cold how do your legs work?
My legs have been having problems
And I haven’t gone out side.

Your having a hear wave!😄. It's 4* here.😭 And my legs only go as far as letting the dog out and back in!😄 No way am I going in this mess til I have to!! 😄😌 My legs like to feel heavier, like an elephant is sitting on me.😒 The dude needs to move!!😄

I no that elephant 🐘 has moved into my house I say if it’s not paying rent it can move out. It’s not working. You must live in the Midwest because we’re going to have that temperature tomorrow

You get what we get from our friends up North, Canada 🇨🇦 I do like when they send the breeze in the summertime but they sure can have it in the winter time.
It's about 17 here in Spokane, Wa. Do my legs hurt when it's cold?? Oh, yeah. The pain is incredible. Starts at my hips and goes all the way down my leg into my toes. When I get out of bed in the morning, I must stretch out my legs first. Then I sit up on side of bed to dangle my legs. Then I slowly stand up. If my legs are not holding me ,I just sit back down and wait a couple minutes, then stand again. All the time praying that I won't pee myself. Grab up my cane and sometimes walk all bent over in severe pain, or I can just walk slowly.
Each time the weather changes, snow , rain, extreme cold, my legs will hurt 3-4 days ahead of time. I'm getting pretty good at forecasting the weather !!
I know the feeling I should become a meteorologist. Too day it is going to be near below zero ad of course I have to go out the only good thing is that my 20 year old will be with me.

ssdw1958 When it's below freezing or feels that way, my legs quickly turn to leaden stumps. On the way to the mailbox, maybe about 600 feet from the porch, they work better than on the return. After I pick up the paper and the mail and start back up the hill, each leg seems to weigh a ton and it requires a great deal of energy to move. I am much slower. I am not sure if this is the MS or Raynauds which always affects my toes and fingers.
Oh my we have something else in common I also have Raynards. If had my choice Raynards is leading. I also have kidney stones I think I’ll stop there.

When it’s cold, my legs look like stilts without the legs. Eventually, my gait looks like Tim Conway’s old man shuffle. Charming.

I agree with you I want SPRING NOW I know that’s not going to happen but it does help me to yell about it LOL
I had a doctors appointment yesterday and we had an ice storm everything was covered in ice my husband was pushing me in my wheelchair down the ramp. So I had a plastic bag on my lap then on top of the rain I also had to lightly apply the breaks why is it when I have to go out there seems to be a storm. I am glad I didn’t have to drive.
