4 days ago I had my first 1/2 dose of Ocrevus and for the last two days I am experiencing severe muscle spasms and shaky mobility with extreme fatigue. I feel like I have been run over by a bus. I have been having infusions of Rituxan/Mabthera on and off, for about ten years. Onset of MS 1981. Has anyone had a similar experience with this drug?

@HJDI Gosh I am so sorry to hear that. Sounds awful. I imagine you have notified your neurologist already and I’m wondering what he/she said?

I don’t have personal experience with Ocrevus infusions (yet) but I’m hoping others will chime in with something useful to you.

I was surprised to learn that, after regular Rituxan infusions, you would have such a reaction — being that they’re so similar.

May I ask if you had spasticity before or is this new for you?

I’ve read several peoples’ posts about significant fatigue for a couple of days to about 1 week following the first 1-2 doses.

Please update us when you can to let us know how it’s going!
