Does the bar come up the back of the leg I have the one that is in the front of the leg. I have been using the one that is in the front, I know in the beginning it worked good but I am wondering know if that one from the back would work better?

I like the look of that Kenu . How does it attach to the shoe and does it fall off, or detach easily?
