Overwhelmed-update

Well I’m feeling a bit better now. Saw the doctor. He decided not to worry about treating the high cholesterol for now. Just told me to watch what I eat.

He did put me on medication for high blood pressure though. I’m hoping it helps alleviate the dizzy spells I’ve been having for a few months, which could be blood pressure caused. The med supposedly could make me more dizzy but so far so good.

If nothing else all this has motivated me to exercise again. Three days in a row on the treadmill and elliptical! That should be good for my MS!

Thanks for all your words of support. It helped a lot. And don’t worry, I won’t overdo it!
