To all the new members who have joined our chat room and extended family over the past three months I would like to officially welcome you. I was simply a mess and took a leave of absence to sort through many things that I personally was going through with my MS and my General Health. I'm back now and have my life sorted back out. You have found an awesome chat room that is a safe place to come and voice concerns, ask questions, and simply talk to others truly understand what you are going through.

For all new members who have been recently diagnosed and feel lost and alone know that you are not alone. I might suggest you go to a post that I wrote some time ago titled MS and things to avoid. It's a great guide for new members to help you understand things that can lead to you having setbacks and general pitfalls you can avoid to keep your MS stable.
