Something to remember when you didn't get to sleep until 3:00am because of MS symptoms going berserk, then the spouse snores like a chainsaw, and the kitty wants to share the pillow with you and purrs his happiness!

I do usually Lie down to sleep about 11:30 PM but never actually get a good nights sleep till about 3 AM. My neurologist said to get Tylenol p.m. I have not gotten it yet I need to I need real sleep well good luck to everybody I hope you have a good night sleep
I had enough RX sleep meds in me to knock out a horse and it didn't help...Neigh, Neigh!
I take temazepam and doxepin every night but it still doesn't seem to help. Plus a cpap machine. But my ms Neuro Dr officially takes over my sleep management tomorrow when I go for my mri results. One less Dr appt I have to contend with.which since its an 80 mile trip each way that will be a blessing.
My doctor told me to use Tylenol PM but I haven't gotten to the store to pick them up when I get them I ll let you know how they work.
This is so true. I also love my husband's response to anyone who makes a comment about getting older. .....It sure beats the hell out of the alternative!!! lol Gotta love him! Thank goodness for his "unusual" sense of humor. It helps keep out family a bit sane dealing with my MS.

I totally agree with your husband. Haha.
My night exactly except for the cat was on my feet which does not help with my crazy spastic legs. 😴
