"Tapping" to "heal" auto-immune disease

Not sure if anyone is familiar with "Tapping" I believe it uses meridians to change thought processes and behaviors. Below is a link to Tapping for auto-immune disease as well as a video on tapping technique. It's a therapeutic technique used by professional mental health counsellors and really can help. If I were less lazy, 😝 I'd use it more.

erash Thanks for the link! It is not that we are lazy, We have MS! HAHAHAHA! I use that as my (forgive the expression) trump card. Someone will ask me to do something or my wife. Or get frustrated with me. I always say, "I HAVE MS!!!!!!" My wife used to beat me out, because I had only had surgeries and diabetes. She would use her Trump Card. " I'VE HAD OTHER PEOPLES BABAIES!!!!!!" She was a surrogate 2 times for those of you that don't know. So we are not lazy we just have MS. :),

Tapping sounds interesting. Years ago I took a class called Therapeutic Touch and found it very helpful with the pains I was having (if I only knew then it was MS...) in my hands, legs, etc.

Thanks for the link I'll be checking it out now!

Erash thanks for the link. I did tapping a couple years ago for anxiety, it really helped. I don't know why I stopped. Anyway I will check it out for sure and appreciate the info. By the way it is 4:00 am and you and I are both writing, you must not be able to sleep either! It has been over 100 now for days and days and I just can't get comfortable😀 Oh well. Kelly πŸ™‚

4-430 am is my usual wake up time. I average @ 5h sleep a nite. Not ideal but I'm used to it. πŸ’€
