Anyone else have small muscle spasms in their tongue?

Hi Karen,

I did have some shooting pain and a feeling like it was pulling a bit underneath - it was just after 1st attack and only lasted short term. This must be annoying/uncomfortable for you. Does it affect speech ? Angela x

It only happens occasionally and it doesn't affect my speech.

Yes I have had that and I had to slow down my speech so no one would notice, it did go away but it lasted tooooo long for me. My food tastes are not as sharp as they used to be either - I HATE MS

Hi Karen-x! People think I'm weird when I tell them I'm having a tongue spasm. Sometimes the spasms go under my jaw and inside my neck next to my trachea. So you are not alone!
