Thank you, Hidden . Are you referring to MSAA's My MS Manager app, or one from HealthUnlocked, the platform we use here for our My MSAA Community online?

If you are having any trouble with OUR My MS Manager mobile app, we have a dedicated troubleshooting email and number which you can use at any time:

I'm sorry, John. I should have been more specific. I guess I am (or might be [or was???]) a tester for the iPhone app for Healthunlocked. I see posts here, on my computer browser (Google Chrome, in this instance) that do not show up on my iPhone. Further to that, I wrote an "Intro" of myself that I posted last night, and it doesn't show up here, either. I couldn't find a place for help on my smartphone, therefore the post from here.

If you want to chat about it, please let me know and I will gladly give you a call.

Thanks for clarifying! Someone from HealthUnlocked Support will be contacting you to review the matter further.

I just uninstalled, and reinstalled the app. That seems to have done the trick… Let's hope that it holds! It did not do anything for the introduction post that I made two were three days ago but did not make it to the board.

Sometimes that does the trick for many of my apps! Glad we're almost there. Be on the lookout for a message from HealthUnlocked Support shortly.

Again, John, I had to reload my app in order to make my post this morning. I never got a call from the health Unlocked support people.

Hidden _ I doublechecked with one of our HealthUnlocked contacts about the HU app. Here is their response:

"My understanding is that it is only currently available to Beta or 'testing' users because we are still fine tuning some important details. The projected release date for the app to everyone is in January- I am sure it will be very obvious when you can sign up for it as you will most likely receive an email from HealthUnlocked informing you."

So, while anyone can use the beta version of the HU app, it is still just that: a work in progress for them. But it seems that the corrected version for the masses will be available very soon, nice!

I understand, John. But I thought I was an "invited" beta tester--obviously wrong! If they are testing, and don't reply to user's issues, what's the use of beta testing? :-)

I find the IOS app so much more difficult to use than the web...

I'll wait for the final version.

Thanks for your comments, too.

Hidden - I spoke to our HU contact and received more info on the app...you can also send any beta app feedback or issues to: app_feedback@healthunlocked.com

You are also able to join this HealthUnlocked community to give feedback to HU's app team and talk to other users about the app:

healthunlocked.com/apptalk

Hope that this helps!
