us against the worms

there are a couple of treatments that i have found effective against these. the most effective is a monthly dose of ivermectin. i am 180 lbs and i take a 250 lbs dosage once a month. within 12 hrs your candy shell starts to dissolve the shell which conceals the worms and their activities looks like skin except that it has a differnt smoother texture almost like a pool cover or old waterbed. break that shiny layer and u will see them.

topically i use a strong bleach water mix. not for everyone i know. but put ur feet in a 50/50 bleach soak and video the worms standing on end like sea grass.

ground coffee and lemon juice

microplaning

aquaphor plus a pumice scrub in alternating circles. u must rub the aquaphor in while in the water it will turn white and then make circles with a pumice
