My sisters bicep

Hello, I am here to make this post concerning my sisters biceps. She is 18 and said she has had this on both of her arms for a little more than two weeks. She doesn’t experience any itching or irritation, she says she doesn’t feel anything. She has that strange bump that looks like a bite on the upper left but everything else is under her skin if that makes sense. She says it could be because of her weight (168 lbs) or because of how she started lifting weights recently but I highly doubt it. Another thing to mention is how she does not really go outside enough for this to happen. Even when she does go out, she is always covered up around that area with her sleeves. If you have any idea please reply before its too late and ends up being something serious. Thank you!

Just to put your mind at rest I would encourage your sister to send photo and story to GP. Strange lumps may be anything from fatty deposits to pre-cancers so best to check out.
