Could this be HIV? You ask, well Yes it Could be....... Though, to me, it 'Looks Like'- and this is only a Guess (Due to the Low Resolution Picture) you have caught Ringworm, Fleas or Scabies (Maybe another Skin Condition).
Basically I wouldn't 'Worry Too Much About HIV (which if you used a condom is Fairly Unlikely) and Maybe Concern Yourself with the Far More Likely. Book yourself an appointment, with your GP, explain 'Everything' and get your Prescription- for 'Lice Cream'!

There's a fungal condition, non contagious, called versicolor tinea. It's harmless and could have been brought on by your stress. It's basically normal fungus we all have which is able to overgrow. That's what it looks like to me.
