HelloAsk for your intimate bits to be examined. I have skin problems in that area-and have tried various potions/lotions -am now taking amitryptiline at night-for neuropathic pain/irritation. Otherwise I use Dermovate 0.5% in that place! If I were you get yourself looked at . Can also try Cetraben which is greasy does help a bit.

Take care-Ratton 726

Have you looked up lichen sclerosus? Primarily affects the vulva healthline.com/health/liche...

If it is this, there is very good research going on in Australia

Sorry to hear that. My LS is constant but the clobetasol relieves it in the short term. Find mine gets worse in certain conditions - stress, sitting in the car for long periods etc. Good luck in finding a solution.

My LS flares in time with my RA symptoms but the Clobetasol keeps it bay.

Agree with other reply re Lichen Sclerosis, my GP sent me the gynaecologist at my local hospital and they k ew straight away. Red, sore, itchy, white patches that burn like fury...... prescribed steroid team keeps it at bay.

Have you had blood tests? I had a lot of itchiness due to kidney disease. You need to rule this out.

This hell is never ending. No statins just thyroid medication. After 6 drs not being able to help me I’m seeing 1 more today and went out of my way and got a full micro biome test done and discovered i have candida. I asked could this be the reason for my hell the past 8 years? She said unsure take a probiotic and Horowitz which is a candida medication and a candida diet. I just feel so lost as nothing is working and the itching is now all day every day. Eternal and internal. Feel like worms but have done o many tests and no parasites. At night its hell when I sleep and light but itches during the day, I’m worried they have missed something sisnster? I just want thin nightmare over!
