Hi everyone! 24 year old female here. I’ve been dismissed by multiple doctors so I’m hoping to potentially find answers here. I’ve felt generally unwell for about 5 or 6 years now with a long list of symptoms. My main symptoms include fatigue, chest pain, joint pain, heat sensitivity, easy bruising, frequent nose bleeds, tiny red dots all over my body, occasional rashes, and now I’ve had a painless lump on my armpit for about 2 weeks. I’m leaning towards lupus but I really have no idea and I just wish I could get some answers. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Did the doctors conduct blood tests? A normal / satisfactory "full blood count" results are usually not found in Lupus patients. Also, another test called ANA (Antinuclear Antibody) that can help diagnosis of lupus. Note - while most people with lupus have a positive ANA test, most people with a positive ANA do not have lupus. Also, you should be tested for blood sugar (HbA1c level) and Thyroid function test - abnormality in these can also explain some of your symptoms.
Yep I did get blood tests done, as well as an ANA test. My ANA was negative. My thyroid levels were a bit low but my doctor wasn’t concerned, and I was pretty low in Vitamin D. I started taking the amount they told me to and didn’t feel any change after months.
You have written - "I’m leaning towards lupus". Your doctor did not think it is Lupus after seeing blood test reports, and I would trust them at this moment of time unless future blood tests reveal otherwise.
I’m aware. I’ve read many stories where people have “normal” blood tests and a negative ANA and are eventually diagnosed with lupus. I know it could be many things, that’s why I’m here asking for suggestions for what else it could be.
