Anyone ever had basal cell carcinoma

Hi im interested in talking to people who had had,have or know anyone going through this..my dermatologist told me not to worry as its the best one to have just got to go back to my gp and have it all removed just been so anxious

Hi I was diagnosed with a basal cell carcinoma about a month ago and I had it removed yesterday. I will have to wait for the results for 6 to 8 weeks but I feel better now it has been removed. Good luck.

Yes I have bcc removed more times then I can count and scc they itch and are not fun but as far as skin cancer goes it’s the least scary but when removed can leave scars ask your dr for chemo cream I found that to be easier then having it cut out if you can make it threw your skin falling off in layers I didn’t leave my home for almost a month while using it but it was better then having it cut out I didn’t scar near as bad

Hi thanks so much for this yes I’m aware now it’s the least bit scary one but don’t stop you worrying does it .. so sorry you’ve had to deal with it too
