Dear Contra21,

Before going to the Doctors/ Pharmacy, least of all the Hospital, have you Changed your Washing Powder/ Liquid, Conditioner, Stain Remover or anything else recently? Have you started, to Add say a 'Dissinfectant/ Fungiside', to the Wash? Has your Diet changed? (Oh yes those New Meals DO cause 'Wind/ Gas' don't they and the 'Indigestion' is Terrible!)

I know that this, might seem, like 'Teaching Grandma To Suck Eggs' BUT.... Surely worth Checking. If it IS, as Simple, a Cleaning Product.....

Otherwise, make an Appointment, to see your Doctor- maybe ask to be Refered, to a Dermatologist.

Good Luck Contra21

Hi. Yes Andrew T is right about first thinking about anything new or different that you may have started using or been in contact with.

Also think about other symptoms that you may be having. Are they happening just before, during or after? Have existing ones changed?

It seems daft at first especially as some may seem totally unrelated but can be part of a pattern. It could be helpful for you to see if there is a pattern of symptoms and a possible link to something.

Again it may seem odd but keep a symptom diary and photos if possible. This can not only help you but your GP and dermatologist if you need to see one.

Oh and do include all symptoms even the simplest ones that you don't think are important. Strangely enough it can be the minor odd things that don't seem important or connected in anyway possible that can be the clue in solving the case.

Also the diary and photos will give the doctors more information and insight as all they see is what's in front of them at that exact moment in time and the big bonus is you don't have to try and remember things and then kick yourself on the way home because you just remembered something you wanted to say or ask.

Good luck.

♥️
