I am 30 (f) and I have had this flesh coloured mole (what I have perceived it to be) for at least 5-7 years, possibly longer. Used to be more round and smooth, now it looks more wart-like. In the last couple of days, I started getting this weird sensation in it, like pins and needles tingling. When during dental work anesthetic is wearing off and your tongue tingles. When I apply some light pressure directly to it the tingling stops.
Has anyone had anything similar? I am starting to worry...😟

I have something similar under my hairline and as long as I keep it moisturised it doesn't itch or tingle, but if I let it dry out it does. My GP callled it a sebhorroic wart, and told me to get back in touch if it grew significantly, started to weep, or any other significant change. Fortunately thus far its been Ok.
Even though you have, had this, for some time I think, since it is now 'itching/ tingling' I would have this checked. If it's 'Nothing' then fine, your Doctor won't Mind you asking- I can assure you. Doctors will 'happily' seen 'thousands' of Nothings... if it means catching Cancers early enough.
