You might have demodicosis, or an overgrowth if Demodex mites. These are the tiny mites which naturally occur on human skin. When people have too many they start to exhibit the symptoms and signs you’ve been experiencing. Order some sulfur cream from Amazon or found at a health food/natural store like Whole Foods. They are cheap and work great. Also wash bedding and towels regularly. Body washes/soaps/shampoos with tea tree oil help a lot too. Try this and see if it greatly improves.
Is it not seborrheic dermatitis? You can try HC45 Hydrocortisone Cream - it is available to buy over the counter in UK.
A Dermatologist is able to prescribe stronger one but you can try this unless you have already explored these.
