Not sure if it’s sunburn or something else and could appreciate any advice or help. This is a picture a good while after being outside on an overcast day ( sun peaking out occasionally) wearing a dark gray shirt and gray hooded zip up sweatshirt. I was out for a while and this photo was taken around maybe 8 or9 at night. It was hot to the touch and felt fatigue and a burning sensation on the right side particularly of my trapezius muscle. This has happened to me 3 times so far recently and has lasted that day/ night or the next day (can’t remember for this time).
As a child I got sunburned often as I was out in the sun alot. Now I don’t get out much.
