What does this look like?

I’ve had this pinkish/red dot on my arm for about a year now. Hasn’t changed, healed nor gone away. I do spend a lot of time in the sun.

Anyone know what it looks like? It’s a little scabbing and shiny. Should I see dermatologist for it?

Might be worth doing so particularly if you begin to notice any changes to colour/size/appearance

Hi please go to your doctor I had one just like it and only asked the doctor when I went for something else mine was near my ankle I had it about two years and thought it was a wart.He took one look and said that it was skin cancer .I went to the hospital to the dermatologist dept and had a biopsy with a local aneasetic and had two stiches put in they were removed 10 days later .it looks o k now and I go back in two weeks to have it looked at .So do go it may be nothing but be on the safe side .
