Hello! I’m 20 and I live in a hot country. Recently mysterious bumps that looks like hives, sometimes the size of a small coin and sometimes bigger, appears on my face randomly throughout the day, except for when I’m sleeping at night. They can appear on my forehead, cheeks, and even my chin. They don’t itch or hurt but they feel warm to touch. They look exactly like insect bites but I didn’t get any bites. They takes a few hours to go away, sometimes the next day I can still see a red dot like remnants of the bump. Help!

Mysterious bumps on face
It appears you are reacting to something in your environment that you are in contact with during your waking hours (but, it could also be delayed reaction):/ It could literally be anything, unfortunately. The excessive heat coupled with any number of possibile allergens could cause multiple types of issues.
Start paying very close attention to what you have been around when these spots start to appear including foods that you have eaten. A little investigative work and keeping written notes that you can refer back to may help you solve the puzzle.
Poor gut health, histamine overload, food, chemical, and environmental sensitivities are just a few of the potential underlying causes. But, figuring it out starts with being a bit of a personal detective.
You could also try taking an antihistamine like Benadryl, to see if that helps, while you are trying to figure out the cause.
Allergy testing across the board would also be an option.
Good luck in your efforts.😊
