flared skin problem link eczema

I have had this skin problem for 2 years. At the beginning, I had very small spot for rashes and flare between a thumb and index finger. Later, my index finger and middle got swollen really bad. After taking antibiotic pills, that swollen parts were scratched out. I have met 3 dermatologist and the prescribed medication cream burned my skin and things spread out most of the palm. For 7 months, I pilled off my skin and used a skin softer. The troubled skin seems better than before (like I can see fine wrinkles as seen in the attached photos. I am looking for a dermatologist who exactly know what it is and give me an appropriate recommendation such as medicine, medication cream, surgical operation, etc. I live in Albany, NY but there is no good specialist (they made my hand condition worsen. Would you suggest me a proper dermatologist specialized on this kind of skin problem? I wish there is at least one in the 3-4 hour driving range from me.

I think the first thing you should do is buy a bottle of organic flaxseed oil and have a desert spoon of it every day

also buy some fish oil capsules and have a few of those every day

The omega 3 will have a very beneficial impact on your skin
