Cannot get to the pic without joining Dropbox and not interested in doing that. Sorry
It looks like a fruit .I have a loquat tree in my backyard, and when it bears fruit,the fruit looks like that picture.
I apologize if I'm totally wrong , if it's on your skin ,you may need to go to a dermatologist.
