Ripping my skin off after eating why???

I've noticed when I eat I start Itching uncontrollably, Like literally digging in my skin with forks & knives itching don't know what to do???

Well, the only reason I can think of is that when you eat, your blood supply moves to increase oxygen supply to your digestive system and away from other muscles and extremities. And it sounds as if your skin is reacting to this. But I would check with your GP as it shouldn't be!
