Hey everyone!

Here are some do's and dont's :

DO's

-Make sure your constanlty drinking loads of water, this will help hugely

-Only use lipbalm/cream that your lips accept (eg. if your lips swells or goes red after putting a certain cream on you should try a different product.)

DONT's

-Never use anything greasy (eg. vasaline, nipple cream, olivie oil) This is cuase swelling and acne

-Dont use lipbalm/cream more then 5 times a day, you will become addicted to it, and you lips adapt to it, and always relay on it

TOP TIP: Start with using lipbalm 5 time a day, and then try work down, and use it less and less each time.

If your lips are feeling any pain, dicomfort, itchy-ness, Please look at my new post, on what to do, Its called "Discomfort"

Many thanks, please repley if you have any questions, or suggestions, or if this helped you!

Im very happy to accept a suggestion or create a post on an certain illness (towards lips) As this will help other people.

Jess Moore,

[if anyone is wondering, lip care is not a job at the NHS, but i do work on this page, in extra time, i do not get paid for this, i do it becuase i know how much pain and discomfort swollen lips/chapped lips can be.]
