I got a cyst remove on Friday & I've noticed there is white stuff coming out of a hole where the incision was made. Is it possible the cyst wasn't removed fully?

It is possible for a cyst to come back if the sac isn't fully removed, time will tell.
Just make sure the white stuff isn't due to any wound infection.
If the problem persists, book a follow-up appointment with your doctor.
