Oh my darling I feel for you. Any eczema is horrible but so difficult on your face. I use no soap on my face at all, just water at a medium temperature. Pat dry, no rubbing. I use a hypoallergenic moisturiser with SPF15. Treat any patches after 30 minutes with 1% Hydrocortisone which is available over the counter in UK without prescription. Wash all off at night and reapply moisturiser. I keep my nails as short as possible to avoid tearing skin if i scratch the awful itch. It doesn't always work!

Hi Grace, Welcome to the group. I also live in a hot climate and I understand your problem. My favorite and it is dermatologist tested. Is Cetaphil . It comes in a bar soap or cream lotion cleaner. Perfect. NYX makes a shine control powder that is gentle enough to help keep dry, so your skin won't appear so shiny. Hope this helps :) Annagie

Desitin Maximum strength... I used it on my three year old and it cured it... She had a severe case on her neck, arms and the back of her legs...the zinc-oxide was what I think healed it quickly. Plus it keeps out moisture, and since you are in a hot climate and tend to sweat more it could help protect the skin. Try and reply. :)
