Unexplained Rash non ichy

I've had a rash come up all over my forarm and in my elbow crease, down my thighs and on my stomach. Is resembles little blood blisters but it's not painful or itchy?! Any ideas?

I've had this before! Especially in the creases of my elbows! Mine was down to scratching the area really bad to the point it became sore. Obviously I can't say what it is or isn't, but it looks very similar I would say don't touch them, keep them clean and they should be okay, but obviously if you're worried or it gets worse see a GP
