Pain Full Pin Headed

Hey my mother had some rash/nodules on her wrist around 45 days ago, she is 70 with no known disease, the those have been constantly poping up with a lot of pain all over the body, but 75% would be on the right side. The are very small in size pointed and 15% would be with puss. Shingles medicine was given but no benefit and some local doctors have ruled out shingles.
