Brown bumps all over my arms and legs and spreading. My dermatologist tells me to put Amalactin cream on them . Ugh no still there. I will never wear shorts ..... It's so embarrassing. I feel like I'm missing out on life.

It might be an allergy. Darker than your skin color? Raised bumps, yes?

Have you tried tea tree oil? Often helps with skin issues. Not sure it will help with these bumps though but it's easy to try.

If allergy, try an elimination diet - google how to do that. Basically eating non-reactive foods for a week or so and see if it eases. Then add one food type back in at a time and see if it starts up again.

Try a cortisone cream - ask the doc for it - don't know if it's in British pharmacies but check with pharmacist.

Have you changed diet, detergent, or soap recently?
