Looks similar to Pityriasis Rosea

Hi all,

Since I was about 5 or 6 I've been getting small patches of circular red, dry slightly raised skin , ranging from mm to a couple of cm on size, that lasts usually a couple of weeks, then goes away. When I was a kid I had it a lot, and multiple patches. These days I tend to get one or two patches, they last from weeks to months, then disappears. They can be anywhere on NY body, happens every few months or so, is not itchy, I don't get sick, they literally just appear.

I'm 27 now and would just like to know what it is. Sometimes when people see it they ask, but I have no idea. No doctors I've been to seem to be able to identify it. The patches look like those of Pityriasis Rosea, however, I don't get a lot, most of the time it's only one patch, and I don't have any other symptoms. It isn't contagious either.

I have read that some skin conditions are related to nutrient deficiency. Have you had a blood test done to check vitamin D and B levels, etc? Check out a book called Deep Nutrition.
