Hi,

I suffer with EPP and struggle with intense pain after sun exposure. I am limited to a number of minutes before experiencing the onset of symptoms. That being said I don't cover up entirely when outside, I know many people do, I mainly stick to wearing a hat. I have trawled many forums and have never found advice or experiences from other EPP sufferers which I can relate to. So basically I'm searching for any advice from fellow sufferers, things that you do or products you use when your symptoms are at their worst. And do you find that gradual exposure to sun during the summer months to be of any benefit?

Thank you
