Spontaneous itching blisters, Any ideas?

A few days ago I had tiny bumps appear on my right hand, since then they have become larger blisters. Blisters have since appeared on my other hand, feet, knees, & elbows. Any ideas what they are? They itch bad enough to wake me in the middle of the night

First see your doctor. It could be the start of psoriasis, a condition I had. I found Eurax cream bought from the pharmacist helpful to stop the itching.

Hi Spart. I had this too. not on such a bad scale but small blisters on my fingers and palms, toes, knees and ankles. They're quite itchy and irritated by heat too. They're also very sore to touch. I had a little research and turns out it could be a gluten intolerance. I cut wheat out of my diet for two weeks and it went away. Here's some more info on the condition it's called Dermatitis Herpetiformis. gluten.org/resources/dermat...
