Dear friends my father is undergoing real dialysis twice a week from last 1.5 months from almost 3 weeks we can see visible allergy or scars on his lower legs picture attached please help me to find a perfect medicine for his legs

In first instance try a general emollient such as E45 or Doublebase or Aveeno until you find one that helps as these will relieve dryness and itching, or you might find 1% hydrocortisone cream does the trick before going to anything stronger. Good luck, your Dad is having to cope with a lot.
