I am suffering from skin irritation for a couple of years now, red spots that really itch, they come and go, the doctor gave me steroid cream that does cure it for a while but when I stop using it returns, can you get steroid cream without perscrition?

You can buy 1% hydrocortisone from pharmacies over the counter. They are classed as 'mild corticosteroids' in the dermatology world. I find it useful along with emollients and occasionally need stronger corticosteroids fot flares.
Hi there. I might have something for you that could help with the itchyness that is a bit healthier than steroid creams. Would you be interested in a free sample?
